1. I haven’t exhibited in China before, is Best of British right for me?
Yes, we actively encourage first time exhibitors to get involved in exploring the potential this exciting and expanding market has to offer. We will assist with every step, as we do appreciate that it can be daunting exhibiting in a different country; so do not worry we are here to help! We now consider ourselves experts in this as we have successfully introduced over 400 European companies to Chinese markets.
2. What are the criteria to exhibit?
The show will be looking for distinctly British companies who sell high end consumer products. Media 10 have an in-house editorial team who will review every application.
3. What currency do I have to pay in?
For companies with a UK registered Head Office we would ask you to pay in GBP. If you have a registered office in China, there is the option to pay in RMB.
4. What is the invoicing structure for the show?
To secure your space at the show, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit. The outstanding balance will then be split into two payments of 40%, one due by 1 April and the other due 1 August.
5. How do I transport my stand contents to China?
We can provide you the details of our preferred shipping partner who we use for all of our shows in China. They are our ‘one stop shop’ and can help with collection, shipping stand contents and products and anything else that you would need whilst exhibiting. There are the options to ship by either Air or Boat.
6. I don’t speak Chinese, how can I communicate with potential customers
No problem we are able to provide you the details of our translator services, which we use for all of our shows in China. They will meet you prior to the show to consult with you and learn all about your products, costs and services.
