Shanghai Leather Technology Association

Established in November 1980, Shanghai Leather Technology Association is a registered corporate body approved by Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau. It has been assessed by the Scientific and Technological Evaluation Committee of Shanghai Science and Technology Association. It has the qualification of scientific and technological evaluation institution and is also one of the three-star societies affiliated to Shanghai Science and Technology Association.

The Shanghai Leather Technology Association is composed of 232 individual members and 128 group members from enterprises, institutions, scientific research teams and scientific and technological workers of the whole city, such as leather, fur, shoes, leather products and leather hardware, leather machinery, leather chemical industry, shoe materials, etc. China Leather Association, China Leather and Shoe Industry Research Institute and other well-known experts from the national industry serve as honorary consultants of the association.
